PUPPY WAIT LIST CONTRACT The Buyer___________________________agrees to place a NONREFUNDABLE deposit to reserve an OPTION to choose a puppy. By placing this deposit, there is no contract to guarantee a puppy from this litter. Deposit will be transferred to the next available litter, should the current litter not produce enough puppies, NO refunds will be issued. Should the BUYER default on this contract for any reason, no refunds will be given. If BUYER should try to recover deposit moneys by legal means, all legal expense amounts incurred will be paid by BUYER. The puppy shall remain with "Breeder" until the puppy is at least 8 weeks old and no longer than 9 weeks old unless noted in this contract. BUYER: I am aware that my deposit of $250.00 is NON refundable should I decide I do not want, am unable to take said puppy, or puppy is diseased or death occurs.
