A Pembroke is between 10 and 12 inches tall at the withers (Tallest point in the shoulders) and weighs no more than 30lbs. The corgis we breed tend to be on the smaller end of the standard, 21-25 lbs. Pembrokes can be red, sable, fawn or black and tan "Tri color". With or without white marking on the legs, chest, neck, muzzel, underneath, and as a narrow blaze on the head. Some dogs have what is called a "Fairy Saddle" over their back, which is a patch of dark colored coat that resembles a saddle. Corgis have docked tails and Erect ears. At our kennel we have extremly good luck in producing pups with natural "Bob" tails.

Welsh Corgis are small to medium sized, sturdy, happy little herding dogs. Corgis get along well with children, other dogs, cats, and Horses. Corgis have a short flat coat with an undercoat, shedding is usually 1-2 times a year. Females tend to be a bit "Busier" than Males and would be more suitable for "Busy" families with children. They would make a wonderful companion  for families and single people alike as they are willing learners.Corgi's are generally happy and easy to get along with. Many corgis excel at agility and obedience and make wonderfull 4-H projects.

Don't let their happy expressions "fool you" this is breed is very strong willed and would "Love" to run your household. Obedience training is advised.
